Who is Brian Lund?

Meet the man on the mission.

I'm Brian Lund, the creator and founder of Body Boost. I live in Salt Lake City, UT with my wife and 5 kids. I use training and nutrition as tools to help YOU learn discipline which is then applied to ALL AREAS to create a BETTER VERSION of life all around.

When I was nearing 40, I had very little energy, low testosterone levels, and had been getting heavier with each passing year. I was a 29.8 on the BMI chart, just .2 away from being categorized as OBESE. I was depressed, anxious, and disenchanted with life.

My doctor said: "You may run into problems that can be avoided, if you do something about it now." That statement set me on an aggressive trajectory for change and the changes I made resulted in something MIRACULOUS.
